1. Using Sparerwa

Sparerwa is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent spare-part vendors in Rwanda. By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Rwandan francs and include vendor pricing. An order is confirmed once the vendor accepts it. We may cancel orders where stock is unavailable.

3. Payment

We accept MTN MoMo and cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the rider on handover.

4. Delivery

Same-day delivery applies inside Kigali for orders placed before 6pm. Nationwide delivery takes 1–3 working days.

5. Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Electrical parts and fluids that have been opened are not returnable.

6. Vendor obligations

Vendors are responsible for the authenticity, description and fitment data of the parts they list, and must fulfil accepted orders promptly.

7. Liability

Sparerwa is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by use of a part outside its stated fitment.
