Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order history. Guest checkout collects the same delivery details without creating an account.
Why we collect it
To process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and prevent fraud on the marketplace.
Who can see it
Only Sparerwa administrators can see complete buyer and vendor records. Vendors receive only the details needed to fulfil their part of an order, and vendor contact details are never shown on public product pages.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security so customers can only read their own orders.
Your choices
You can view and edit your profile, addresses and order history from your account, or contact us to request deletion of your data.
